JoBa is just us. Jo & Barry.
No corporate layers, no call centres, no pretending we’ve got it all perfectly figured out. Just Jo and Ba, figuring things out as we go—same as everyone else.
We didn’t build this from a polished business plan. We built it from life. The messy kind.
Between us, we’ve had our fair share of chaos, curveballs, wrong turns, and “what the hell are we doing?” moments. The kind of experiences that either knock you sideways or quietly teach you something useful—usually both.
And somewhere along the way, something clicked:

We wanted to be the kind of people we could’ve done with in our own lives when things felt heavy, messy, or just a bit too much.
Not to fix everything. Not to have all the answers.
Just to show up, help out, and make things a bit easier to handle.
The Spark & The Catalyst
Jo’s got that natural ability to walk into a space, see what needs doing, and just get on with it—no drama, no fuss, just results.
Barry’s spent years working with people through coaching and holistic therapy, helping them make sense of what’s going on underneath the surface.
Together, that turned into something simple:
Help people get unstuck.
However that looks.

We’re pretty open people.
We don’t pretend life is always tidy—because it isn’t. Ours hasn’t been, and that’s exactly why we don’t judge when someone else’s isn’t either.
If anything, we think being open about that stuff gives other people permission to do the same. No masks, no pressure to have it all together.

The JoBa Way
You’ll probably notice we’re a bit different.
We’ll have a laugh while we work.
We’ll say things how they are.
We might throw in the odd weird idea or creative project along the way.
That’s just part of who we are.
We're Glad You Found Us
At the end of the day, JoBa is built on something simple:
Do a good job.
Be decent with people.
Leave things better than we found them.
