Helping Others, Healing Ourselves is a practical, experience-led 3-day workshop and companion book designed to spark real personal growth through human connection.
Blending guided conversations, reflective exercises, movement-based activities, and shared insight, participants work in pairs and small groups to explore challenges, uncover core values, and create meaningful "lightbulb moments."
Rather than being talked at, you'll actively take part - supporting others while gaining clarity in your own life. It's honest, grounded, and built on a simple idea: when we help others navigate their path, we often find our own.

You see, being neurodivergent, Jo and Ba are constantly seeking ways to express themselves in various ways (otherwise they get in to mischief and kerfuffles)
Greyzi - Breach
Ba expresses through writing, poems, stories, workshops, books etc. He wanted to make his writing more tangible, which through the assistance of AI, he has applied his words and creativity to create an Alternate Inverse band called Greyzi. It all sprang from his original poem 'Fall to Grace', which has now morphed in to one of the stand-out tracks on the album.
This band comes with an 11 track album and a story.
