Personal Reset

Sometimes you don't need more to-do lists or another podcast telling you to journal. Sometimes you just need someone to actually help - whether that's working out a knot in your shoulders, walking alongside you while you talk something through, or simply sitting with you in a calm space while the world slows down a little.

JoBa's personal reset services are deliviered by Ba, who brings 20 years of experience and a genuinely human approach to every session. Several services are also offered jointly by Ba and Jo - because some things are better with two people in your corner.

We work from The Clearing, our treatment room in Wanborough, Swindon, or we can come to you. We'd always encourage you to visit us if you can - it's a space designed to help you relax from the moment you arrive. But if getting there is a barrier, we'll come to you, no fuss.

 

What We Do:

Massage - Full body, hands or just your back? Your massage is tailored to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all routine. Whether you carry tension, recovering from something, or just long overdue some proper rest and relaxation, Ba will work with you - not just on you. Together Jo and Ba can visit your workplace, care home or party to provide simple head and hand massage as a group package.

Set Price (£30 per hour at 'The Clearing', £40 per hour at your chosen space. Reduce prices by £5 if more than 1 person)

Reflexology - Working with pressure points in the feet to encourage the body to do what it does best; heal itself. Deeply relaxing, and often surprising in how much it reaches beyond the feet - and how much your feet can tell your story.

Indian Head Massage - Targets the head, neck and shoulders - exactly where most of us quietly store the weight of everything. A brilliant reset when life has been sitting heavily. 

Set Price (£25 per 45 mins at 'The Clearing', £35 per 45 mins at your chosen space. Reduce prices by £5 if more than 1 person)

Meditation - Guided sessions to help quiet the noise and find a bit of stillness. No experience needed, no wrong way to do it, no pressure to achieve anything at all.

Set Price (£30 per hour at 'The Clearing', £40 per hour at your chosen space. Reduce prices to £10 for groups of 4 or more)

Walk With Me - Therapy doesn't have to happen in a room. Walk With Me brings people together in pairs - either one-to-one with Ba, or in a small group assisted by Jo, where everyone is paired up - to walk in nature and have a conversation that actually means something. A mind opening way to get those steps in without even realising how far you've actually walked.

Life Coaching - Whether you're stuck, starting over, or just not where you want to be, Ba works with you to figure out where you're heading and how to get there. Goal setting, mindset work, accountability, unpicking old patterns - whatever the work looks like for you, we'll do it together.

Set Price (£35 per hour at 'The Clearing', £45 per hour at your chosen space)

Relationship Coaching - For people in relationships, be it romantic, professional or friends and family, who want to communicate better, reconnect, or work through something together in a safe and supported space. No taking sides - just honest, practical help for both of you from Jo and Ba together. One couple helping another, by focusing on the relationship itself and working through until the best outcome for both people is achieved.

Set Price (£45 per hour at 'The Clearing', £55 per hour at your chosen space)

Decluttering & Hoarding Coaching - This is where JoBa comes into its own. We don't just clear the space - we work with you on the motional side of letting go. There's no judgement here about how things got this way.  Just patient, practical support to help you find a way through - at your pace, on your terms. This service works hand in hand with our Home & Garden Reset, so the practical and the personal are taken care of together.

Helping Others, Healing Ourselves - This workshop and its accompanying self-help book grew out of Ba's own experience as a life coach, both the courses he attended and from working with his own clients, from a simple but poweful thought: why should these skills only belong to a select few? Helping other people through their struggles has a remarkable way of illuminating your own. Helping Others, Healing Ourselves is designed especially for natural carers - the people who always show up for everyone else, and rarely stop to tend to themselves. It's a space to do both at once.

Set Price (£150 each for 3-day workshop for group of 4-8 people, snacks & lunch included. Travel and Accomodation not included)
